Who we are
Sport Test Lab (the app, the web cabinet at app.sporttestlab.com and this website) is run by Goality Sport Group OÜ, Peterburi tee 34/4, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17232252.

What we collect
- Your account: e-mail address, name, language and your password, stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we get an identifier for your Apple or Google account and your e-mail (an Apple “Hide My Email” address works too).
- Two-step sign-in, if you turn it on: its secret, stored encrypted, and your recovery codes, stored only as hashes.
- What you enter about your teams: groups, athletes’ names, and birth date, sex, side and positions if you add them; test sessions, attempts and results; notes; records of parents’ consent; parent links you create.
- Security records: when and how you signed in, the device, the app or browser name and a shortened IP address (the last part is removed).
- Purchases: your plan, its status and renewal date. Card details go to Apple, Google or Stripe; we never see them.
We do not show ads, use tracking or analytics tools, read your location or contacts, or sell data.
On your device first
The app saves tests and results on your phone first, so it works without a connection. When there is a connection, it syncs them to your account so you see them on every device and on the web.
Why we use it
- To give you the service you signed up for: your account, your teams, tests, results and sync.
- To keep your account safe: sign-in protection, security records and messages about sign-ins from a new device.
- To handle your plan and purchases.
- To send account e-mails only: confirming your address, password reset, security notices and a reminder before a trial ends. No newsletters without your consent.
Children and athletes
Coaches often test young athletes. The coach or club who enters athletes decides what is stored about them and must have the right to do so, including parents’ consent where it is needed. We store and process this data for them. Keep only what you need: a name and, if a test formula needs it, a birth date.

Who helps us
- Hetzner Online GmbH: our servers, in the EU.
- Resend: sends account e-mails.
- Stripe: payments on the website.
- Apple and Google: App Store and Google Play purchases, and sign-in if you choose Apple or Google.
- RevenueCat: tells us whether an App Store or Google Play subscription is active.
- Google Fonts: fonts of this website (your browser loads them from Google).
- Goality.app: only if you connect your club to it.
Your teams’ data is visible to the coaches you invite into your workspace, and to parents only through links you create. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under their own legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our live systems at once. Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. Where the law requires payment records to be kept, Apple, Google or Stripe keep them.
If you share a team with other coaches, the team keeps its athletes and history when you leave. See the delete account page for details.
Your rights
- Get a copy: export your results in the app or on the web (Coach and Club plans), or ask us for a copy at hello@goality.app.
- Correct: edit your name, athletes and results in the app or on the web.
- Delete: delete your account in the app or on the web, or ask us.
- Object or ask us to limit use: write to hello@goality.app.
- Complain: to the data protection authority where you live or where we are established.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, two-step sign-in is available, access is checked on the server for every team and group, and our logs never contain what you enter.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Important changes are also shown in the app.
