In the app
- Open More → Account.
- Tap Delete account and read what will happen.
- Confirm with your password, or with Apple or Google.
- Tap Delete account again. Done.
On the web
- Open the cabinet and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or with Apple or Google.
What is deleted
- Your account: e-mail, name, password, two-step sign-in and sign-in history.
- The link to your Apple or Google sign-in.
- Teams nobody else works in, with their athletes, tests and results.
- Every signed-in session, on all devices. In the app, data on that phone is erased too.
What stays
- Teams you share with other coaches stay with the team. The most senior coach becomes the owner.
- Tests you ran in other coaches’ teams stay with those teams, without your name.
- Backups for up to 30 days; then they are deleted.
- Payment records that Apple, Google or Stripe must keep by law.
Subscriptions
- Bought in the app (App Store or Google Play): deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it first — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Bought on the website: it is cancelled automatically when you delete the account.
Cannot sign in?
Reset your password from the sign-in screen first. If that does not work, write to hello@goality.app from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within one month.
