How to run the test

  1. Start in the up position, arms straight.
  2. Go down to the depth chosen for the session (elbows at 90°, or chest touching a partner's fist), then push up.
  3. Keep the body straight.
  4. Count good reps in 1 minute. Knees down or a hand lifted ends the test.
  5. One by one: each athlete has their own 60 s. All together: one start for everyone, a partner counts for each athlete.
