Questions

How is jump height measured?

With a jump mat the height is worked out from the time in the air.

What are the main rules?

Hands must stay on the hips for the whole jump, and the athlete lands on straight legs.

Can I compare it with a jump with arm swing?

No. Keep hands-on-hips and arm-swing results separate.
