Questions

How is it different from the Yo-Yo recovery test?

The rest is shorter, 5 s instead of 10 s, and the start pace is slower, so the test lasts longer.

What is the difference between IE1 and IE2?

IE1 starts at 8 km/h, IE2 starts at 11.5 km/h.

How is it scored?

The result is the distance in metres. The first late arrival is a warning, the second ends the test.
