Questions

What is the difference between IR1 and IR2?

Both use the same 20 m course with 10 s jog rest. IR1 starts at 10 km/h, IR2 starts faster, at 13 km/h.

How is the Yo-Yo IR test scored?

The result is the distance in metres, shown with the level and run. A player gets a warning for the first late arrival and is out at the second.

Is there a version for children?

Yes. The children's version uses 16 m instead of 20 m, with the jog cone 4 m behind the start.
